Terms of Use

These terms cover elemarastore.com. Using the site means reading its figures, holding them against your own driveway, your own child and your own garage door, and following its links. They are written for that use and no other.

What this site is

This is the ELEMARA catalogue: ride-on cars, quads and tractors, dirt bikes, karts and bumper cars, wiggle cars and trains, stroller wagons, backyard water slides and bassinets, with the battery voltage, the top speed, the rider weight limit and the folded footprint printed where you can read them before you decide. It is a reference, not a checkout. Our retail partner takes the payment, ships the parcel and handles any return, and the contract of sale is formed there, on their terms.

Figures and photographs

Voltages, speeds, weight limits and prices come from our own product data. Prices move; the figure at the till is the one that counts, and where the two disagree the till wins. Photographs show the colourway being sold rather than a styled substitute, and a frame that argues with its caption is pulled rather than captioned around.

Speed, weight and age

A top speed is measured on level ground with a rider at or under the stated limit, on a full battery. Grass, a slope, a heavier rider and a half-charged battery each take something off it, and together they take a lot. Age ranges are our guide to who fits and who can steer, not a safety rating: a small six-year-old and a tall four-year-old are the same problem in different directions, and the seat width and the weight limit answer it better than the number of birthdays.

Supervision

Everything on this site is powered, and most of it moves with a child on board. Nothing here is a substitute for an adult being outside, a helmet where one belongs, and a surface with a clear run-off. Our parent remote overrides the pedal; it does not replace the person holding it.
